what does fame affect? and when is it negative or positive?
Fame causes how NPC views you. Making the right choice like helping people and being a bounty hunter but on the opposite, stealing and talking like a bad person will make you have negative fame.
I know how to get it. It's just that they usually only react to clothes. I thought that something would change with a high positive

you need to work as guard, after some quests you will be able to buy the ship from him.
Do you need to work until you get the choice to buy a ship. You can buy the ship with the rich old man in the morning on the docks.

I can't finish the Wanted Haunting Quest. Kevin The Crazy is in the ship but I can't Deliver to the Bounty Hunters Base
